Refund Policy
Please do your best to try on, handle and repackage the items with care. Also, please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if any products are defective, damaged or in the unlikely event that you receive the wrong item. In the event of damages (excluding use), we will ask customers to provide photographs of the damaged packaging and faulty item. If you receive a defective (excluding use) item, please notify us within 2 days of delivery.
We would like you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. While we hope that you're always delighted with your order, we understand that there are occasions you may want to return an item. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you can return items that are unworn, unwashed, free of any stains (like deodorant, makeup or sweat marks), odor, scuffs, tears or snags for a store credit refund (excluding original shipping charges) within 14 days of the date of receiving your package. All returns are refunded via store credit in the form of a Stormaven E-Gift Card and does not expire until fully used.
We do not provide prepaid return labels. The return shipment costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Please use a reliable courier and include track & trace/insured postage to ensure the safe arrival of the package as we cannot take the responsibility for damaged or lost items in transit. Always keep proof of postage. All returned items must be returned in their original packaging with the manufacturer tags attached.
We don’t exchange products due to limited stock. If you want to exchange an item due to size or colour please return the items you don’t want and order the right desired items. We reserve the right to refuse returns or partially refund returns that do not meet these requirements.
How our returns works:1. Please visit our contact page and fill in the contact form ensuring to include the order number, the item you want to return and email address you used when placing your order.
2. Once your return has arrived at our HQ, our team will then check that the items are in their original condition*. This process typically takes 7-14 business days.
3. You will be informed of your refund via email confirmation.
*Please note that if your item does not pass our checks, you will be notified via email and it will be sent back to you at your cost. Take a look at our Terms of sale for more details.
Please note that we are a small team trying our best to answer all your questions as quickly as possible. We would also like to highlight that it may take slightly longer to respond to certain queries. We are a start-up and sometimes we must wait for a response from our third-party partners before we can offer you a solution. We sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding.
All items marked as final sale are non-refundable and are not eligible for exchange. If a final sale item is sent back in an attempt for a refund, the items will be sent back to the customer. No exceptions.
We do not offer price adjustments.
